Code Blue
Code Blue is the statewide response to ensure members of our community are safe and have available resources during severe weather.
Making homelessness in Utah rare, brief and nonrecurring, together. Maintained by the three Continuums of Care in the state – Balance of State, Mountainland and Salt Lake. The Office of Homeless Services supports the Continuums of Care with funding, coordination and program support, but does not offer direct services to members of the community.
