Code Blue

Code Blue is the statewide response to ensure members of our community are safe and have available resources during severe weather.

Utah’s Continuums of Care aim to reduce homelessness and its recurrence. The Office of Homeless Services provides funding and coordination to these Continuums of Care, but does not offer direct services to individuals in need.

Continuums of Care

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program is designed to promote communitywide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness.
