Reporting Guidance for the 13 Local Homeless Councils in Utah
- Local Homeless Councils should identify an individual responsible for the data collection and completion of the quarterly report. The link will be sent to this LHC member and the chair(s).
- Only one submission per LHC is required/permitted.
- LHC responses will not be edited and are auto-populated into several different reports. LHCs, please provide detail and data that will accurately reflect your LHC.

- Other reporting as required
- All LHCs are required to have a completed/working Strategic Plan linked or uploaded with each quarterly report effective Quarter 1 2024.
