Join the Office of Homeless Services in explore the Guiding Principles, Goals and Implementation of the Statewide Collaboration for Change: Utah’s Plan to Address Homelessness. The plan identifies best practices and areas for improvement, ensuring all services are provided in a safe, cost-effective and efficient manner. It outlines gaps and recommends solutions for ensuring homelessness is rare, brief and non-recurring for Utahns. 

The learning sessions will be recorded and shared with partners upon request.

All Local Homeless Council members, Utah Homelessness Council and Utah Homeless Network members are invited to attend.

We will provide a method for questions before each session and a survey post session for improvement.
