The UT-503 Balance of State Continuum of Care is actively preparing for the anticipated release of the HUD FY25 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). As part of our commitment to advancing effective and collaborative responses to homelessness across our communities, we are reviewing current priorities, updating local competition processes, and engaging stakeholders to ensure a strong and coordinated application.
Applicants, partners, and Local Homeless Councils are encouraged to stay informed and ready to participate. Once HUD releases the official NOFO, UT-503 will provide detailed timelines, local application materials, and technical assistance to support a successful competition.
