Review & Rank of Submitted Projects

All project applications will be reviewed and ranked according to this criteria, by our Prioritization Review Committee, and listed on the CoC Priority Listing; as part of the CoC Consolidated Application. Higher ranked projects will be assigned to Tier 1 ($2,099,917) and lower ranked projects will be assigned to Tier 2 ($141,010+) —  The purpose of this two-tiered approach is for CoCs to notify HUD which projects are prioritized for funding based on local needs and gaps.
